By using Panchang World, you agree to use the website responsibly and understand the limits of a computed Panchang reference.
Service and acceptance
These terms apply to the Panchang World website, installable web application, JSON API, social images and notification features. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer security controls or interfere with other users.
Panchang information
The service provides traditional calendrical information calculated from the selected coordinates, timezone, date and time. Differences can arise from regional conventions, sunrise definitions, ephemeris settings, ayanamsa choices, daylight-saving rules, data sources or software updates.
The information is a reference and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified priest, astrologer or other trusted practitioner for weddings, ceremonies, travel, medical decisions, legal matters, financial decisions or any other high-consequence activity.
Accounts, notifications and user choices
The main Panchang does not require an account. Optional notifications depend on browser permission, a valid push subscription and third-party push infrastructure. Delivery at exactly 7:00 AM cannot be guaranteed because devices, battery controls, network availability and operating systems can delay or suppress notifications.
Intellectual property and permitted use
You may use the website for personal reference and link to its public pages. The application design, original text, branding and code remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and software licences. The astronomical dependency has its own licence terms. Do not present the service or its branding as your own, remove notices, or commercially redistribute substantial portions without permission and without complying with applicable licences.
Third-party services, links and advertisements
The service may rely on hosting, geocoding, browser push services, mapping data, Google advertising and other third parties. Their services and policies are outside our control. An advertisement or external link does not mean that Panchang World endorses the advertiser, product, claim or destination.
Availability, warranties and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that every calculation, translation, location name, notification, API response or external service will always be accurate, complete, timely or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panchang World and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or reliance-based loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Features and these terms may change. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms. Questions or concerns can be sent through the Contact page. Disputes are subject to applicable law and any mandatory protections available where you live.
